This is the same mod some guy on eBay charges over $100 for. Description: The Bass Micro Synthesizer has the same feature set as the Micro Synthesizer, but includes a trigger and filter sweep range especially tailored for. It can be triggered by just about anything that sends a voltage pulse into another 1/4 jack a guitar, a microphone, or the trigger pad that comes with it.
When not plugged into the EXP jack, it works just like a stock pedal. This can give a cool effect of sweeping the filter manually. The pedal has four voices (Guitar, Octave, Sub-Octave, and Square-Wave), each of which can be completely independent or fully mixed. Essentially an octave, fuzz, and envelope filter all in one, the Electro-Harmonix Bass Micro Synth sports ten sliders for a virtually limitless array of analog synth sounds. Uses under 50mA so it will run on a normal low current output like a normal pedalpower2. And now have TRUE BYPASS!!!! Uses normal Boss style 9V power supply (USA 9V included) but cannot be daisy chained with other pedals (won't work with other pedals on a skinny cell phone charger type digital switching power supply). The Electro-Harmonix Bass Micro Synth features the same excellent tone as the original Micro Synthesizer, but adds in a few modern features.
